Director of Hospice Programs and Services
The California Hospice and Palliative Care Association (CHAPCA) is looking for a Director of Hospice Programs and Services. This position is responsible for providing guidance to the Association’s leadership and to members and the public in the area of hospice and palliative care education, legislation, regulation, reimbursement, and clinical services. A college degree with five or more years of experience in hospice and palliative care is required. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, proficiency in relevant technology, project management, and the ability to manage within available budget and resource allocations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative work environment. This position is a 40 hour a week position, with full benefits, and is based in Sacramento.
