To monitor legislation and regulatory activities, as well as sponsor new legislation to benefit hospice programs and their patients.
Representation
Direct representation of hospice interests with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Department of Health Services, the Department of Social Services, Medi-Cal and fiscal intermediaries.
Hospice Community
A forum for networking and peer support through regular meetings in each of CHAPCA's 10 geographic regions.

An associate member is any company, other than a hospice provider, that supplies products or services to the hospice industry. This membership category also includes associations, health care providers of entities, other than hospice providers, that provide services or support to the terminally ill.
